The warranty period established by the manufacturer for all types of products, except for uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), stabilizers and batteries, is 24 months from the date of sale. The warranty period for UPS and stabilizers is 24 months, batteries are 24 months from the date of sale.

1. The warranty is valid if there is a receipt or sales receipt and a correctly filled out warranty card, which clearly states: model, serial number of the product (if provided by the manufacturer), date of sale, signature of the buyer and seal of the store.
2. The serial number (if provided by the manufacturer) and the model of the product must correspond to those indicated in the warranty card.
3. Warranty repairs are carried out only during the warranty period specified in this warranty card, and only at authorized service centers (ASCs) authorized by the product manufacturer.
4. The product is removed from the warranty in the following cases:
   • a) if the rules set forth in the User Manual are violated;
   • b) if the product has traces of third-party intervention or an obvious attempt to repair the product in an unauthorized service center;
   • c) if unauthorized changes to the design or scheme of the product were detected (except for the cases specified in the User Manual);
   • d) if the product, intended for personal (household, family) needs, was used for industrial needs, for the purpose of enrichment, as well as for another purpose that does not correspond to its direct purpose.
5. The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from:
   • a) mechanical damage, including due to careless transportation or storage;
   • b) damage caused by foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects getting inside the product;
   • c) damage caused by the elements, fire, household factors;
   • d) damage caused by the non-compliance of the parameters of the power supply, telecommunications and cable networks with the State Standards, by the action of other external factors;
   • e) damage caused by the use of non-standard consumables, adapters and spare parts.
6. The warranty does not cover consumables.
7. TM REAL-EL disclaims responsibility for possible damage, direct or indirect, caused by TM REAL-EL products to people, domestic animals, property in cases where this occurred due to non-compliance with the rules and conditions of product operation or during its installation on site , as well as as a result of intentional or negligent actions of the consumer or third parties.
